For this week’s show, we are interviewing the honorees for this year’s event. This segment’s interview is with the “Leadership” award winner Lizanne Falsetto.
Lizanne Falsetto was discovered by a Japanese model scout for the Cinq De Uno agency at the age of eighteen. By 1984 she had relocated to Japan and for the next eight years, was on whirlwind tour through Asia, Paris, Milan, Madrid and New York. She strutted the catwalks for Donna Karen, Giorgio Armani and other global designers and graced the pages of W, Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, and Elle. After modeling Falsetto felt a strong need to continue working independently. She decided to use her knowledge of wellness to create something tangible for the public. thinkproducts™ was born in the CEO’s garage and kitchen. By 1999, she introduced the thinkThin™ bar to the world; the first of its kind to deliver a sugar free, high protein natural nutrition. It wasn’t long before thinkThin was a best-selling all natural bar for long-term weight management on the market, a position it still holds today. (full bio)
