Say No to Yes People

As a strong leader avoid the “yes” people and challenge your employees to suggest unique solutions to your business challenges even if they feel you might resist them. That is the only way to encourage growth outside of your comfort zone. Employees who simply execute your orders probably won’t be around long as they will seek opportunities with other companies that will listen to their ideas.
