Renee opened up her first interview for an advertising firm with a story about how her father was in the business and how she was drawn to it from a very early age. Caller Russell asks - “When preparing for an interview, I always do as much research as possible on the company, and in that research, I usually identify some challenges the company could do better. How can I best share my thoughts with the company on how I think they can improve but not put them off with any negative feedback?”
